Terry Mace, Administrator Terry began his career in long-term healthcare in 1976 as Administrator of Highline Care Center. In 2000, he became the CEO for Triple C Healthcare and also the administrator for Parkside Care Center in 2004. Terry is currently serving as immediate past president of Washington Health Care Association, Chair of the Liability Insurance research committee for WHCA and a Board member of Washington Center for Assisted Living. Terry was born and raised inEagle, Idaho and has been in the Wenatchee Valley since 1976. He is married and has two grown sons. Terry is an avid softball player, musician and motorcyclist. He enjoys being active in his church and the community. |

Karen Gamble, Director of Health Care Services Karen has worked for Triple C since 1989, beginning at Highline as a nursing assistant while attending Wenatchee Valley College to obtain her nursing degree. She was promoted to charge nurse then transferred to Parkside in 1999 as Assistant Director of Nurses. In 2000, Karen became the Director of Nurses. As a graduate of Eastmont High School and Wenatchee Valley College, Karen has lived in the valley off and on since 1973. She is married and has one grown daughter and 3 cats. She enjoys bowling, camping, fishing, reading and traveling. |

Teri Ayala,
Office Manager Teri is the Office Manager at Parkside Healthcare. She began her career as a nursing assistant in 2000, promoted into the rehab department, then Social Services, and now into her current position. She is married with 2 children and 3 dogs. Teri has lived in the Wenatchee Valley since she was 12 years old. She attended Eastmont High School and Wenatchee Valley College. She enjoys traveling as well as boating in the Columbia River during the summer and four-wheeling and snow-mobiling in the winter.
